Roast Pork, Stuffed With Prunes And Apples

  1. Heat butter and oil in skillet.
  2. Add onion, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
  3. Saute about 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients.
  4. When apples are softened, add prunes. Remove from heat.
