Chocolate And Peanut Butter Pie
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 small box vanilla pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 1 small box chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
- chopped peanuts for garnish
- Heat 1/2 cup peanut butter with margarine until smooth.
- Stir in cracker crumbs.
- Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Chill.
- Combine vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir in remaining peanut butter and spoon mixture into pie crust.
- Chill. Combine chocolate pudding with remaining milk and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir in vanilla extract and spoon over vanilla pudding layer.
- Chill.
- Spread Cool Whip over pie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.
