Macaroni And Cheese Casserole
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 large jar chopped red pimentos, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- seasonings: garlic powder, salt and black pepper
- crushed cracker crumbs
- margarine
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Add grated cheese, onion, mushrooms, pimentos, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and seasonings; stir until blended.
- Spray large casserole dish with spray Pam.
- Pour casserole into the dish.
- Cover casserole with crushed cracker crumbs; dot with margarine.
- Cook for 30 minutes, uncovered.
