Mama'S Indulgence Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. In microwave safe large mug mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients, except hot water, and mix well with spoon.
  3. Add hot water and stir in until incorporated scrapping bottom of mug with spoon.
  4. Cook on high in microwave for 2-3 minutes. 2 minutes 30 seconds is perfect in my microwave. Cake should still look a bit wet / moist, but be cooked through. Best not to overcook.
  5. Let cool a few minutes and enjoy. Add you favorite topping if you like.
