Mama'S Indulgence Chocolate Mug Cake
- 3 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 -3 tablespoons sugar (depending on your liking)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon ground coffee (fine ground is best)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon Hershey's syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- In microwave safe large mug mix dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients, except hot water, and mix well with spoon.
- Add hot water and stir in until incorporated scrapping bottom of mug with spoon.
- Cook on high in microwave for 2-3 minutes. 2 minutes 30 seconds is perfect in my microwave. Cake should still look a bit wet / moist, but be cooked through. Best not to overcook.
- Let cool a few minutes and enjoy. Add you favorite topping if you like.
