Old Fashioned Fruitcake

  1. Prepare the first 8 ingredients and sift enough flour over this to coat good (not from the 2 cups).
  2. Then mix your cake batter in a separate bowl, using the rest of the ingredients together.
  3. Add this to the fruit mixture, mixing well.
  4. Bake in a tube pan at 250u0b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
