Beef Ole

  1. Brown meat and onion together until crumbly and brown; drain excess fat.
  2. In a large frying pan, add taco seasoning mix to meat and onion.
  3. Mix evenly.
  4. Add tomato paste and water; simmer 1/2 hour.
  5. On serving plate, pour 3/4 to 1 cup of meat mixture.
  6. Top with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, onion, black olives, cubed avocado and sour cream.
  7. Use Fritos or tortilla chips to scoop and eat (or pour meat over chips and eat with a fork, but chips will get soggy).
