Spaghetti Pie
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Stir oleo into hot spaghetti, then stir in Parmesan cheese and well beaten eggs.
- Form mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
- Spread cottage cheese in the middle.
- Cook hamburg and onion in a skillet.
- Drain.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
- Heat. Turn this mixture on top of cottage cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more.
