Creamy Fruit Parfait

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes, until completely dissolved.
  2. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
  4. Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts or pecans.
  6. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and add additional fruit, if desired.
  9. Yield: 8 servings.
