Killer Salad
- 1 large head lettuce
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 to 3 hard-boiled chopped eggs
- 6 strips cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. tiny shell macaroni, cooked
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. raw chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. raw chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced radishes
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. mushroom slices
- sugar to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
- croutons (preferred flavor)
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Shred lettuce and carrots in food processor or use grater/chopper. Place in large serving bowl.
- Add other ingredients.
- Toss well.
- Keep cold.
- Serve cold.
