Blue Cheese Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Butter an 8-inch spring-form pan; sprinkle cracker crumbs on bottom and sides.
  3. Blend cheeses, eggs, flour, salt, picante sauce and sour cream.
  4. Fold in onions.
  5. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Cool and chill overnight.
  8. Garnish with parsley and tomato roses or with additional chopped green onions, if desired.
  9. Serve at room temperature on crackers.
  10. Makes 20 servings.
