Chocolate Crunch Brownies
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. baking cocoa
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
- Stir in cocoa, flour and vanilla.
- Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Spread Marshmallow Creme over the brownies.
- In small pan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat.
- (Can be done in a microwave.) Remove from heat and stir in cereal.
- Spread over marshmallow layer.
- Chill before cutting.
- Store in refrigerator.
