No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

  1. In a small bowl, blend milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; set aside.
  2. In medium saucepan, sprinkle jello over water and let stand 1 minute.
  3. Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  4. Blend in milk mixture; continue stirring, over low heat, until mix is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Blend in pumpkin and turn into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
  6. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream.
  7. Makes about 8 servings.
