Sweet Potato Cobbler Pie

  1. Boil potatoes; peel and slice in even slices.
  2. Prebake one shell; set aside.
  3. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup sugar and spread 1/4 stick butter over while hot.
  4. Using a deep dish pie pan, spread half of the potatoes and liquid on the bottom, 1/2 of the sugar, butter and all spices.
  5. Place the baked pie shell on top of this layer. Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Place the unbaked pie shell on top of this layer.
  7. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven until top is golden brown.
