Loaded Quinoa Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook quinoa and set aside to let cool.
  3. Mix flour, vital wheat gluten, flaxseed meal, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl.
  4. Beat coconut oil, honey, agave, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon together.
  5. Then add in the flour mixture, dried cranberries and chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
