Sweet Roll Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Combine 2 sticks melted butter, 3 teaspoons cinnamon and 6 tablespoons corn syrup.
  3. Pour equally into 2 (8-inch) square pans.
  4. Divide the dough in two.
  5. Roll each half out to 1/4-inch thick.
  6. Brush each with milk.
  7. Combine the half cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and half stick of butter.
  8. Spread this mixture equally over the two halves.
  9. Roll them up, jelly roll fashion, and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  10. Place in pans on top of mixture.
  11. Let rise 30 minutes.
  12. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  13. Take from oven.
  14. Invert a plate over each pan and turn pan upside down so that rolls fall onto the plate.
