French Market Crock Pot Soup

  1. Place dried beans in large bowl.
  2. Rinse and sort beans.
  3. Cover with water.
  4. Soak overnight.
  5. Next day drain beans and place in crock pot.
  6. Combine all remaining ingredients and place in crock pot.
  7. Cover.
  8. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
  9. Remove ham bone and chop meat and return to pot.
  10. Cook for 1 hour.
