Queen Anne'S Lace Cake

  1. Sift cake and pudding mixes together.
  2. In another bowl beat oil, eggs and milk.
  3. Add to dry mixture and beat well.
  4. Pour into 3 greased 9-inch cake pans.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
  6. FOR THE ICING: Beat together cream cheese & sugars until very creamy.
  7. Fold nuts and chocolate bar pieces into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Fold in whipped topping.
  9. Ice layers and top cake.
