Turkey Puff Casserole
- 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 10 slices bread
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- sliced ripe olives
- Combine turkey, onion, salt and poultry seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk, celery, mayonnaise and pepper.
- Cut crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
- Arrange crusts in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Place turkey mix on top of bread.
- Pour egg mix over casserole and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- Before baking, top with soup and cheese.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Add olives for effect before serving.
