Fiesta Guacamole Dip

  1. In a small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies.
  2. Spread on large serving plate.
  3. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean mixture evenly.
  4. In a small bowl mash avocados; stir in lime or lemon juice and salts.
  5. Spoon evenly over sour cream.
  6. Cover and chill several hours.
  7. Just before serving, garnish with last 4 ingredients.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 15.
