Fiesta Guacamole Dip
- 2 (15 oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (not drained)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- sliced green onions and olives
- In a small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies.
- Spread on large serving plate.
- Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean mixture evenly.
- In a small bowl mash avocados; stir in lime or lemon juice and salts.
- Spoon evenly over sour cream.
- Cover and chill several hours.
- Just before serving, garnish with last 4 ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 15.
