Red Jello Salad

  1. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
  2. Stir in pie filling.
  3. Let harden in 11 x 7-inch dish.
  4. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
  5. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Add lemon jello gradually.
  6. Stir in undrained pineapple.
  7. Whip the 1/2 cup whipping cream or Cool Whip.
  8. Fold miniature marshmallows into cream.
  9. Combine with lemon gelatin mixture.
  10. Pour the lemon on the raspberry mixture.
  11. Let harden.
  12. Cut in squares.
  13. Serves 9 to 12.
