Eggnog Wreath

  1. In medium saucepan,
  2. mix
  3. gelatin
  4. with
  5. half of sugar. Blend in milk and egg
  6. yolks.
  7. Let
  8. stand 1 minute.
  9. Stir over low
  10. heat until
  11. gelatin
  12. istompletely
  13. dissolved,tbout
  14. 5 minutes.
  15. Add rum
  16. and
  17. nutmeg.
  18. Chill,
  19. stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly
  20. when
  21. dropped from a spoon.
  22. In large bowl, beat egg
  23. whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in remaining sugar,
  24. 1
  25. tablespoon at a time until whites are glossy and stand intoft peaks.
  26. Fold in gelatin mixture and whipped cream.
  27. Turn into
  28. 6
  29. cup ring mold.
  30. Chill until firm.takes 8 servings.
