Sausage And Egg Pie
- 1 deep dish pie crust shell, thawed and unbaked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fully cooked frozen sausage links
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- paprika to garnish
- Preheat oven and baking sheet to 450u0b0.
- Slice each sausage link into one quarter inch pieces.
- Cook according to package directions; drain on paper towels.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork.
- Stir in milk, cheeses, green onion and sausage.
- Pour into thawed pie crust; sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 450u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350u0b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool on wire rack 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
