Parmesan Yogurt Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Ina large glass baking dish, arrange chicken in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, scallions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl, mixing very well.
  5. Spread the mixture over the chicken and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Drain off all juices.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on chicken.
  8. Preheat broiler and broil chicken 4 inches from the heat source, for 3 minutes, or until cheese melts, and browns slightly.
