Lite Dilled Round Steak(Serves 4)

  1. Trim fat from meat.
  2. Cut meat into 4 serving size pieces. Spray a cold large skillet with spray coating or add a little oil. Add meat and brown on medium heat.
  3. While meat is browning, thinly slice onion.
  4. Carefully add water, onion, lemon juice, bouillon, garlic salt, dill weed and pepper to skillet.
  5. Bring to boiling, then reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour until meat is tender.
