Supreme Bean Salad

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in sugar substitute.
  3. Pour over vegetables; toss gently.
  4. Cover and chill 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain before serving. Yields 7 servings.
