Jazzed Up Beans & Weiners With Fried Potatoes

  1. In electric skillet or large frying pan, melt butter and add onions.
  2. Add potatoes and seasonings, and combine well.
  3. Cover, and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. In medium saucepan, combine beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion, salt and peppper, and sliced hot dogs.
  5. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 min.
  6. ,or until heated through.
