Quick Chicken Fajitas(4 Servings)

  1. Heat oil in large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; saute until almost tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add cumin, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, oregano and thyme; continue cooking 1 minute.
  4. Mix in broth and bring to boil. Add chicken; stir until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas.
  6. Top with tomato and avocado. Roll up.
  7. Serve, passing salsa separately.
