Swiss Steak Pot Roast (Slow Cooker)

  1. Salt and pepper the roast, then dredge in flour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and brown the roast on each side.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a crock pot.
  4. Place roast in crock pot and spoon sauce over the top.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
