Bon Voyage Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add bell pepper; saut 4 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add pasta and black pepper, stirring well.
  5. Place about 1 1/2 cups pasta mixture into each of 4 bowls; top each.
  6. Serving with 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve with Caesar salad and bread.
