Fiesta Chili

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, onions, chili powder, bouillon granules, and cumin.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add the corn and chilies to the pot.
  8. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the flavors are well blended. Serve hot, topping each serving with cheese.
  9. You may substitute ground turkey and fat-free cheese.
