Granola
- 1 Tbsp. margarine (for greasing)
- 6 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. bran
- 1/4 c. nonfat milk
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chocolate chips or mini M&M's
- 1/2 c. peanuts
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
- Grease pans.
- Combine oats, wheat germ, bran and milk in large bowl.
- In saucepan, heat honey and oil over medium heat until thin and runny.
- Add only mixture to oat mixture; mix well.
- Spread mix thin and even on baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Spoon in large bowl.
- Add raisins, chocolate chips, peanuts, coconut and sunflower seeds.
