Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Drain the pineapple; reserve juice. Saute pork and onion in a large skillet in hot oil for 10 to 12 minutes or until pork is done. Combine reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and spices.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add juice mixture and green
  4. pepper to skillet.
  5. Cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Add pineapple and snow peas. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
  7. Yields 6 servings.
