Peaches And Cream Salad

• 3 oz. peach jello
• 1 c. boiling water
• 3/4 c. cold water
• 3 c. peaches
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 small banana
• 1 c. pecans
• 1 envelope Knox gelatine
• 3 Tbsp. cold water
• 1/2 c. half and half
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 c. whipped cream
• 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 c. pureed peaches

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water and mix well.
2. Chill to egg white consistency.ttir in 3 cups peaches, 1 tablespoon sugar, sliced banana and chopped pecans. Pour into 8-cup mold and

5. Soften Knox gelatine in 3 tablespoons cold water.
6. Scald the half and half and stir into gelatine.

14. thetell-blended mixture over the jello and chill at least 8 hours.
