Rainbow Cake

• 1 angel food cake
• 1 box each: lime, orange and strawberry jello
• 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
• 1 can blueberries, drained
• 1 (10 oz.) container frozen strawberries
• 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

1. Break cake in small
2. pieces.
3. Mix
4. 1/3
5. of
6. cake pieces with the dry strawberry jello;
7. put
8. in
9. bottom of a tube cake pan. Spread strawberries over cake pieces, then spread 1/3 of softened ice cream over
10. strawberries.
11. Mix
12. 1/3
13. of cake with lime jello, put in pan.
14. Next, spread drained blueberries over lime cake layer, then 1/3
15. of ice cream.
16. Mix orange jello and remaining cake;
17. put in
18. pan.
19. Spread orange pieces over cake, then spread the last third of ice cream over oranges.
20. Freeze. To serve, remove from
21. pan
22. and
23. slice in wedges.
24. Very pretty and tasty dessert.
