Western Beef And Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Cut olives into large pieces.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the oil; remove the meat from the pan.
  4. Add onion, celery, green pepper and rice.
  5. Cook, stirring, until browned.
  6. Add the tomatoes, water, seasonings, meat and olives; bring to a boil. Pour into a 2-quart casserole and cover.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
