Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup

  1. Place water, 1 Tbsp. salt and bouillon in large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cabbage, onion, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
  3. Cut beef into bite-size pieces and add to soup.
  4. Return to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 3-4 hours.
  6. Tastes even better the next day.
