Souffle' Potatoes??

  1. Preheat ove to 350.
  2. Grease 2 qt casserole.
  3. In large mixing bowl, stir together potatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, onion, 2 TBS melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Beat with mixer until light and fluffy, scraping often.
  5. GENTLY fold in the egg whites.
  6. CAREFULLY spoon into the casserole.
  7. Dot with 1 TBS butter.
  8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour til puffed and golden.
  9. Serve immediately.
