Rhubarb Torte

  1. prepare crust,reserving 2 tablespoons(to sprinkle on top) and pat into a 9x9" pan,chill.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch .
  3. stir in Rhubarb and water.
  4. cook and stir until thickened. reduce heat and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. spread onto crust,cool.
  6. WHIP Whipping cream and fold in marshmellows.
  7. pour over Rhubarb.
  8. Prepare pudding and pour over marshmellow mixture.
  9. Top with reserved crust curmbs.
  10. ENJOY!
  11. Note Standing time is cooking time, which is approximate.
