Ground Beef Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Add onion, chili powder, cumin and salt.
  3. Layer meat mixture as first layer in 9 x 13-inch pan, then layer in following order: beans, tortillas, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Ro-Tel tomato juice, mushroom soup (undiluted).
  4. Top with chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
