Lemon-Garlic Chicken

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and salt in a large zip-top plastic bag, shaking well to combine.
  2. Combine lemon juice and oil; brush over both sides of chicken.
  3. Place chicken in zip-top bag, one piece at a time, shaking to coat.
  4. Remove chicken from bag and place in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the chicken.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
