Fresh Vegetable Pizza
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Bon Appetit
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- onion, pepper, carrots, cauliflower, olives, tomatoes or any desired vegetables
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Press rolls into an ungreased jellyroll pan to appear like all one crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350u0b0 or until golden brown. Cool.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, salad dressing and spices well.
- Spread onto crust.
- Then sprinkle finely diced or shredded vegetables on crust.
- Peel skin from tomatoes and scoop out centers, using only outside and dice.
- (Spread tomatoes on right before serving as they tend to weep.)
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese all over top.
