Beef With Green Beans And Sesame Seed

  1. Cook sesame seed in a dry wok over medium heat, tossing until lightly browned and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove to plate. In wok, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over high heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan.
  3. Add green beans, onion and garlic. Stir-fry until crisp-tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Remove to plate.
