Tuna Cakes With Dill Tartar Sauce

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add celery and onion; saut until tender.
  3. Remove from skillet and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Add bread crumbs and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  6. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping into a 2 1/2-inch cake.
