Baked Mostaccioli

  1. In large saucepan, blend together browned ground chuck, onion, spaghetti sauce, water and mushrooms.
  2. Simmer 1/2 hour.
  3. Simmer sausages in a little water in a separate covered pan until done. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
  4. Add to sauce and continue simmering sauce.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  6. Put 1 cup of the sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Top with half of the pasta, two cups Mozzarella cheese and all the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Layer remaining sauce, pasta and cheese.
  9. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
