Spiced Bran Muffins(From In The Kitchen With Rosie)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Coat a 12-well muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Warm molasses and honey in a small saucepan over low heat just until it begins to steam.
  4. Remove pan from heat and set aside to cool.
  5. Whisk egg whites, yogurt and milk together in a large mixing bowl until blended.
  6. Whisk in molasses-honey mixture. Using wooden spoon, stir in bran, flour, baking powder and spices. Fold in walnuts and raisins.
  7. Turn batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Makes 12 muffins.
