Stuffed Green Peppers
- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 3 c. water
- 3 tsp. salt or Season-All
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. Ricotta cheese
- egg
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or thinly sliced
- 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
- In skillet, lightly brown beef, onions and bell pepper. Season at this point.
- Drain ground beef.
- Put in paste, salt, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.
- Add water and simmer 30 minutes.
