Nestle Candy Shop Pizza
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 Tbsp. butter, softened (1 1/4 sticks)
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
- 1 c. chopped candy bars (your choice)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Lightly grease a 12 to 14-inch pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
- Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 24 minutes until lightly browned.
- Immediately sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of chocolate morsels over crust.
- Drop peanut butter by spoonfuls on morsels.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny.
- Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over crust.
- Decorate pizza with candy.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve warm.
