Fiery Turkey Thighs

  1. Rinse turkey thighs.
  2. Pat dry.
  3. Peel and chop onion.
  4. In a skillet, heat margarine.
  5. Add turkey thighs and saute until browned on all sides (about 15 minutes).
  6. Add onion and saute a few more minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and flour.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Cover.
  10. Cook over medium-low heat about 25 minutes, turning thighs from time to time.
  11. Cut thighs into halves.
  12. Add sour cream and chili peppers.
  13. Blend well and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  14. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  15. Good served with rice or noodles.
  16. Serves 8.
