Snickerdoodle Cookies(My Kids Love These; Great For Dunking In Milk.)

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 c. flour
• 2 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• cinnamon and sugar
• 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
• 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 12 oz. Cool Whip
• 1/2 c. softened margarine
• 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
• 3 c. milk
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla

1. Crush cookies to crumbs and put half in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
2. Save other half.
3. Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and margarine.
4. In a separate bowl, beat pudding, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla.
5. Combine bowls of ingredients.
6. Pour over Oreo crumbs.
7. Top with remaining crushed Oreos.
8. Refrigerate.
