Curried Beef And Rice

  1. Brown chopped onion in oleo.
  2. Add ground chuck, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Continue cooking until ground beef is browned. Drain all liquids.
  4. Add rice, mushrooms and juice, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sour cream and bouillon cube dissolved in water.
  5. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350u0b0, or longer, if rice is not tender.
  6. Add a little bouillon when re-warming.
